Terms of Service:
The cleaning of the textiles given to us is carried out professionally in accordance with the care instructions of the manufacturer of the cleaning material. If different care options according to care labeling of the manufacturer are possible, then we choose the care method that seems most suitable for the type of contamination. The manufacturer is liable for damage caused by improper care labeling. If there is no care label of the manufacturer in the item to be cleaned, the customer must inform us. Nevertheless, the cleaning, which is nevertheless desired by the customer, is carried out at your own risk. If certain services can not be provided by us, we will transfer them to another specialist company. In this case, we only provide the mediation. The specialist company commissioned by us is liable for any claims in this connection.
Obligations of the customer
When handing over the items to be cleaned, the customer must point out special features to be observed during cleaning (eg damage, stains, type of contamination). The customer is obliged to inform us about the value of the cleaning goods, if this exceeds 500 €. The customer must remove all items from the items to be cleaned before handing them over to us, in particular valuables, pens, cosmetics (eg lipstick) and paper. For damage to the items to be cleaned and the goods of third parties, which were caused by the whereabouts of such or similar objects, the customer is liable, in whose clothing the causal items were.
Defects of delivered items
We are not responsible for damage caused by the nature of the items to be cleaned and which can not be recognized by a simple expert inspection. These include, but are not limited to damage due to insufficient strength of the fabric and seams, inadequate color and print fastness, insufficient attachment or condition of buttons, buckles and zippers, shrinkage, impregnation, hidden foreign objects and other hidden defects.
Return of the cleaning material
The return of the cleaning goods takes place against delivery of the pick-up. Otherwise, the customer has to prove his eligibility. The collection must be made within three months after the agreed delivery date. After this period, we are no longer liable. The items are kept for one year independently. In the period after the third month to the end of one year, we are liable only if the customer can prove a fault of the cleaner undoubtedly. After one year, we are entitled to the legally prescribed recovery, unless the client notifies himself before the utilization. As a rule, the items are left to charitable institutions free of charge.
Defects of delivered goods
The customer is obliged to check the items to be cleaned on return for obvious damage and proper cleaning and to report any damage or improper cleaning within a period of 14 days after collection Later complaints are excluded. Already worn clothes can no longer be claimed. The customer is obliged to immediately notify any possible confusion of the items to be cleaned with the items to be cleaned by a third party. Insofar as the customer does not indicate any defects, damages or confusion upon return of the items to be cleaned, he must prove that the items to be cleaned have been confused, cleaned or otherwise processed and / or damaged by us and not in the meantime by a third party ,

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are liable only if essential contractual obligations have been violated. The liability is limited to the contract-typical and foreseeable damage. Liability for indirect and unpredictable damage (hidden defects) is excluded. The claim for damages includes the replacement value. This is the value of the replacement procurement deducting a percentage loss of value of the items to be cleaned by use and time.

Any use of these Terms and Conditions requires the express and written consent of either Guild.
